Besan gram flour to make Sev Bhujia

  Sev Bhujia is a popular evening snack in India.  Ingredients required to preprare Sev Bhujia:  Besan Gram Flour: 1cup   Red chilli powder: 1/2tsp  Asfoetida: 1 pinch  Turmuric powder:1/4 tsp  Oil: 1tbsp  Salt to taste  Oil for deep frying  Method of Preparation:   1. Mix the besan, chilli powder, asfoetida, turmeric powder, salt and oil  2. Make soft dough with water.  3. Grease inside of a sev-press.  4. Fill the dough into the sev press.  5. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.  6. Press the dough in to the hot oil.  7. Fry both sides till golden brown on low flame.  8. Drain and keep aside.   9. See how to make crunchy popcorns at home.  Ingredients required:  • ¼ cup Corn Seeds  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil  • 2 tablespoons butter  • Salt to taste  Method of preparation of Pop corn::  • Take a heavy-bottom pan with a lid.  • Heat oil in the pan. Take enough oil to pop all seeds properly. Oil should not too little that the popcorn might burn and not too much that it will be too oily.  • Keep the flame at medium heat. When it’s just smoking, Add corn seeds.  • Quickly Place the lid on the pan. Lid should not cover the pan completely.
