  It takes 30-45 minutes to prepare sweet churma recipe.  Ingredients:  Wheat flour- 400 grams  Ghee- 300 grams  Powdered sugar- 250 grams  Powdered Cardamom- 1 tsp  Method of Preparation:  1. Add wheat flour in big container.  2. Pour 50 grams melted ghee into it.  3. Make hard dough by adding little water.  4. Roll out 10 to 15 oval shaped balls from dough.  5. Pour 200 grams ghee in other container and heat it.  6. Fry these balls in ghee till they become brown colored.  7. Let it cool and then grind into fine powder.  8. Now heat 50 grams and add powdered cardamom.  9. Pour grinded wheat flour into it and cook for few seconds.  10. Let the mixture cool and then add powdered sugar.  11. Petha recipe preparation

  It takes 20 minutes to make the sweet dish of petha. Petha is a famous Indian sweet recipe.  Ingredients required to make Petha:  Maida Flour- 250 grams  Ghee- ¾ tbsp   Oil- 3 tbsp  Sugar- 1 tbsp  Water- 1 cup  Method of Preparation:  1. Knead maida flour with ghee and water.  2. Divide it into three parts.  3. Roll one part on rolling pin into round shape.  4. Cut it into rectangular pieces.  5. Put it aside for 10 minutes.  6. Pour oil in a frying pan.  7. Fry the rectangular pieces till they are light brown in color.  8. Take one cup water in a pan and add sugar.   9. Heat it over low fame till sticky sugar syrup is formed.  10.
