Tomato Chutney Recipe

  It takes 15 minutes to prepare the sweet tomato chutney.  Ingredients:  Tomato- 4 pieces  Asafetida- 1 pinch  Cumin seeds- 1tsp  Turmeric powder- 1tsp  Red chili powder- 1tsp  Coriander powder- ½ tsp  Sugar- 1tbsp  Salt to taste  Water – 2 cups   Method of Preparation:  1. Cut tomato into small pieces.  2. Put some oil in a pan and heat it on high flame.  3. Add asafetida and cumin seeds to it.  4. Now add tomato into it.  5. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt to it.  6. Stir it on medium flame.  7. Let it cook till tomatoes become soft.  8. Pour water into it.  9. Add sugar to the mixture.  10.  Ginger pickle is good for digestion. Ingredients: 250 gm ginger (sliced)  2 tsp salt  1 tsp red chili powder  2 pinches asafetida  2 tsp methi seeds (pounded)  1 tsp turmeric  4 tbsp mustard oil  1 tbsp rye powder.  Method of preparation: 1.
