
It takes 20 minutes to prepare Stuffed Green Chilli. Ingredients: Thick Green chillies- 250 gram Powdered Mustard seeds- 100 grams Aniseed- 1 tsp Asafoetida- 1 pinch Lemon juice- 5 tsp Salt- 100 grams Method of Preparation: 1. Wash green chillies thoroughly and wipe to make them completely dry. 2. Now slit the chillies vertically in centre. 3. Combine all spices and lemon juice to make filling mixture. 4. Insert mixture in each chilli. 5. Put it in jar and keep in sun for 48 hours. 6. Wait till chillies get softer. 7. Chillies are ready when mixture becomes sticky.
