Ingredients to make Rajma curry: • 2 cups rajma (red kidney beans) • 3-4 onion (chopped) • 2 tomatoes (chopped) • 1 tablespoon ginger (chopped) • 2 tablespoon garlic (chopped) • 2 green chillies (chopped) • 2 tablespoons rajma masala powder (If not available take garam masala) • ½ tablespoon red chilly powder • 1 tablespoon coriander powder • ½ tablespoon turmeric powder • 2 tablespoon oil • Salt to taste • Coriander leaves for garnishing Preparation of Rajma Masala: • Wash and soak rajma for 7-8 hours. • Pressure cook rajma with salt for 45 minutes. Keep aside. • Heat oil in a fry pan and add chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté it for few seconds. • Now add onions and fry it until onions turn golden brown in color. • Now add green chillies and sauté for few seconds. • Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder and rajma masala powder. • Cook until masala separates from oil. • Now add boiled rajma and mix well. • Keep the flame at medium heat.
