
Ingredients required: 1. 4 Mackerel (wash, clean and keep it aside) 2. 1 tspn Red Chilly powder 3. Quarter tspn turmeric powder. 4. half tblspn vinegar 5. 2 tspn wheat flour 6. 2 tspn semolina 7. Salt to taste. 8. 2 tblspn oil for frying Method of Preparation: Mix the above items from serial no.2 to sr.no.7. if required add little water. Make a thick paste and apply on the mackerel. Keep for 2 hours. Put oil and heat the pan on medium flame. Place mackerels in the oil. When bottom side becomes golden, turn the other side of the mackerel. Mackerel fry is ready now.
