NON-VEG: MACKEREL (BANGDA) FRY

Mackerel fry recipe

  Ingredients required:  1. 4 Mackerel (wash, clean and keep it aside)  2. 1 tspn Red Chilly powder  3. Quarter tspn turmeric powder.  4. half tblspn vinegar  5. 2 tspn wheat flour  6. 2 tspn semolina  7. Salt to taste.  8. 2 tblspn oil for frying   Method of Preparation:  Mix the above items from serial no.2 to sr.no.7. if required add little water.  Make a thick paste and apply on the mackerel.  Keep for 2 hours.  Put oil and heat the pan on medium flame.  Place mackerels in the oil.  When bottom side becomes golden, turn the other side of the mackerel. Non-veg recipe: Mutton liver fry

 Ingredients: • Mutton Liver 1/4kg • Refined oil 2 tsp • Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp • Turmeric Powder pinch of it • Cumin Powder ¼ tbsp • Salt to taste Serves: 4  Best combination: It is a side dish and can be a starter too. It can be combined with idly and chapathi. Best time to have: Breakfast  Preparation method: 1. Mix black pepper powder, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl. 2. Cut the liver pieces into dices and add them to the above content and leave it for 15 minutes to marinade. 3. Sauté oil and add the liver pieces. 4. Fry it till the liver becomes completely cooked. 5. Serve hot.  Note: 1.
