Dalia Pulao recipe

  It takes 15 to 20 minutes to prepare the simple recipe of dalia pulao.  Ingredients required:  Carrot- 2 pieces  Broken wheat- 2 cup  French beans- 15 pieces  Peas- 100g  Onion- 2 pieces  Chili powder- ½ tsp  Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp  Garam masala- 1 tsp  Oil- 3 tbsp  Salt to taste  Method of Preparation of Pulao:  1. First keep broken wheat soaked for 30 minutes.  2. Take a pressure cooker and pour broken wheat and 4 cups of water in it.  3. Pour oil in a pan and heat it.  4. Chop carrot, French beans and onion.  5. Sauté onion and ginger garlic paste for 2 to 3 minutes.  6. Now add carrot and French beans to it. Cook for 5 minutes.  7. Add vegetables to pressure cooked broken wheat.  8. Add garam masala, chili powder and salt to it.  9. Punjabi recipe: Aloo Gobi Sabji

Aloo gobi sabji Punjabi recipe

  Aloo Gobi Sabji is a popular Punjabi recipe. It takes 15-20 minutes for preparing aloogobhi sabzi.  Ingredients required:  Potatoes- 4 pieces  Cauliflower- 1 cup  Broad beans- 4 pieces  Garlic cloves- 6 pieces  Onion- 1 piece  Turmeric powder- ½ tsp  Tomatoes- 2 pieces  Red chili powder- ½ tsp  Ginger- 5 gms  Oil- 4 tbsp  Green chilies- 2 pieces  Coriander powder- ¾ tsp  Cumin seeds- ½ tsp  Water- 3 ½ cups  Salt to taste  Method of Preparation:  1. Peel the outer layer of potatoes and cut in medium sized pieces.  2. Cut cauliflower and broad beans into medium size.  3. Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and heat it.  4. Fry well potatoes, cauliflower and broad beans over low flame.  5. Take them out on paper to remove extra oil. Keep aside.  6. Add tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies in a container.  7. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds and turmeric powder into it.  8. Grind all of them into a paste by adding little water.  9. Now pour 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add the tomato paste into it.  10. Add salt to it.  11. Let it cook for 5 minutes.  12. Now add potatoes, broad beans and cauliflower into the cooked paste.  13. Mix everything well.  14. Add 3 cups of water.  15.
