
It takes 15-20 minutes for preparing methi malai matar curry. Methi Malai Matar is a popular North Indian dish. Ingredients required: Peas- 3 cups Onion- 2 pieces Milk- 2 cup Cashew nuts- 2 tbsp Cream- 150 ml Dry mango powder- 1 pinch Red Chili powder- 1 tsp Kasoori methi- 7 tbsp Pepper powder- ½ tsp Cardamom-4 Oil- 4 tbsp Cloves- 7 Cinnamon- 1 piece Salt to taste Method of Preparation of Malai Matar: 1. Take a container and pour water and salt into it. 2. Add peas to it and leave it to boil. 3. Grind cashew nuts to make a paste. 4. Grind cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. 5. Pour oil in a pan and heat it. 6. Fry grated onions into it. 7. Now add grounded cinnamon, cardamom and cloves and cook for 2 minutes. 8. Add pepper powder. 9. Pour cream and kasoori methi in the pan. 10. Cook for two minutes over low flame till cream gets dried. 11. Now pour cashew nuts paste. Cook for one minute. 12. Pour milk and mix everything well. 13. Lastly add dry mango powder, salt and red chili powder. 14. Let it cook till gravy becomes thick. 15. Now add boiled peas to it.
