
Kele ke Kofte is a famous Navratri recipe. You can easily prepare this healthy banana recipe. Ingredients:-For koftas Raw bananas :- 6 No. Chopped Onion :- 2 tbsp Chopped ginger:- ¼ tsp Chopped green chilli:- ¼ tsp Garam masala powder:- ¼ tsp Cumin seeds:- ½ tsp Besan:- 2 tbsp Salt to taste Oil for deep fry Ingredients for gravy: Medium sized onion (chopped): ½ cup Tomato(chopped):- 1 Ginger-Garlic paste:- 2 tbsp Red Chilli powder:- 1 tsp Turmuric powder:- 1 tsp Coriander powder:- 1 tsp Beaten curd:- ½ cup Asafoetida:- ¼ tsp Garam masala powder:- ¼ tsp Cumin seeds:- 1 tsp Bay leaves :- 2 Oil as required Preparation of Kele Ke Kofte: 1. Boil and peel off raw bananas. 2. Mash and mix all ingredients for koftas. 3. Make balls out of the mixture and deep fry them. 4. Heat 2tbsp oil in another pan and add bay leaves, cumin seeds and asafoetida. 5. When it spluuters add onion and fry till golden brown. 6. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes. 7. Add powder masala and chopped tomato. 8. Fry for 2 minutes and add beaten curd. 9. Add little water to adjust consistency. 10. Boil for 2 minutes and add the koftas. 11. simmer for a few minutes. 12.
