 Kele ke Kofte is a famous Navratri recipe. You can easily prepare this healthy banana recipe. Ingredients:-For koftas  Raw bananas :- 6 No.  Chopped Onion :- 2 tbsp  Chopped ginger:- ¼ tsp  Chopped green chilli:- ¼ tsp  Garam masala powder:- ¼ tsp  Cumin seeds:- ½ tsp  Besan:- 2 tbsp  Salt to taste  Oil for deep fry Ingredients for gravy:  Medium sized onion (chopped): ½ cup  Tomato(chopped):- 1  Ginger-Garlic paste:- 2 tbsp  Red Chilli powder:- 1 tsp  Turmuric powder:- 1 tsp  Coriander powder:- 1 tsp  Beaten curd:- ½ cup  Asafoetida:- ¼ tsp  Garam masala powder:- ¼ tsp  Cumin seeds:- 1 tsp  Bay leaves :- 2  Oil as required  Preparation of Kele Ke Kofte:   1. Boil and peel off raw bananas.  2. Mash and mix all ingredients for koftas.  3. Make balls out of the mixture and deep fry them.  4. Heat 2tbsp oil in another pan and add bay leaves, cumin seeds and asafoetida.  5. When it spluuters add onion and fry till golden brown.  6. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes.  7. Add powder masala and chopped tomato.  8. Fry for 2 minutes and add beaten curd.  9. Add little water to adjust consistency.  10. Potato Spinach curry recipe

Spinach leaves to make curry

  It takes 15 minutes for preparing green potato spinach curry. This is one of the healthy potato recipes due to spinach.  Ingredients required to make potato curry:  Spinach- 1 bunch  Potatoes- 4 piece  Tomato- 1 piece  Onion- 1 piece  Salt to taste  Red chili powder- ¼ tsp  Garam masala- ¼ tsp  Coriander powder- ¼ tsp  Ginger paste- 10 gms  Green chilies- 2 pieces  Oil- 1 tbsp  Water- 1 cup  Method of Preparation of Potato-Spinach curry:  1. Pour water in a container and heat it.  2. Add chopped spinach into it and cook for 2-3 minutes.  3. Drain out the water and keep aside.  4. Boil the potatoes and cut into two halves.  5. Now take a container and add cooked spinach, ginger, chopped onion.  6. Add red chili powder, green chilies and 1 cup water into it.  7. Grind everything well to form fine paste.  8. Grate the tomatoes.  9. Take oil in a pan and heat it.  10. Add grated tomatoes into it.  11. Add salt, garam masala and cook for three minutes.  12. Pour spinach paste into it and stir for 5 minutes.  13. Now add boiled potatoes into it.  14.
