Homemade Potato chips

Potato is washed to make chip

  It takes 30-45 minutes for preparing potato chips.  Ingredients:  Potatoes- 5 pieces  Salt to taste  Red chili powder- ½ tsp  Garam masala- ½ tsp  Oil- 2 tbsp   Method of Preparation:  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them using a mandoline.  2. Wash the potato slices in through manner under tap.  3. Pour water in a big container. Heat it.  4. Now add potato slices and cook for 10 minutes till they become tender.  5. Spread the potato slices individually so that they get dried thoroughly.  6. Keep them in sun for sometime so that they are completely dried.  7. Take oil in a pan and heat it.  8. Add dried potato slices into it.  9. Fry them and take out on paper to remove extra oil.  10. Papdi Chaat recipe

Ppdi Chaat - street food

  It takes 15 minutes for preparing papdi chaat. Chaat is a favourite eventing food for Indians. Most of Indian cities even have chaat streets.  Ingredients:  Papdi Crisp- 6 pieces  Salt to taste  Sugar- 1 tsp  Chilled Yogurt- ½ cup  Potatoes (small)- 1 piece  Sprouted moong(boiled)- ¼ cup  Green chutney- 2 tsp  Sweet tamarind chutney- 2 tsp  Cumin powder (roasted) - ¼ tsp  Red chilli powder- ¼ tsp  Chaat masala- ½ tsp  Sev- ½ cup  Method of Preparation:   1. Pour yogurt in a bowl and add sugar, salt to it.  2. Whisk it well for making smooth paste.  3. Take a container and arrange 6 papdi in it.  4. Boil potatoes and mash it.  5. Now put mashed potatoes and sprouted moong on the papdis.  6. Pour yogurt over it.  7. Pour sweet tamarind chutney and green chutney over it.  8.
