Sev Bhujia is a popular evening snack in India.
Ingredients required to preprare Sev Bhujia:
Besan Gram Flour: 1cup
Red chilli powder: 1/2tsp
Asfoetida: 1 pinch
Turmuric powder:1/4 tsp
Oil: 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method of Preparation:
1. Mix the besan, chilli powder, asfoetida, turmeric powder, salt and oil
2. Make soft dough with water.
3. Grease inside of a sev-press.
4. Fill the dough into the sev press.
5. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
6. Press the dough in to the hot oil.
7. Fry both sides till golden brown on low flame.
8. Drain and keep aside.
9. Cool and store in an air tight container.
