Indian veg recipe: Dulia Pulao

 

 

It takes 15 to 20 minutes to prepare the simple recipe of dalia pulao.

 

 

Ingredients required:

 

 

Carrot- 2 pieces

 

 

Broken wheat- 2 cup

 

Dalia Pulao recipe

 

French beans- 15 pieces

 

 

Peas- 100g

 

 

Onion- 2 pieces

 

 

Chili powder- ½ tsp

 

 

Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

 

 

Garam masala- 1 tsp

 

 

Oil- 3 tbsp

 

 

Salt to taste

 

 

Method of Preparation of Pulao:

 

 

1. First keep broken wheat soaked for 30 minutes.

 

 

2. Take a pressure cooker and pour broken wheat and 4 cups of water in it.

 

 

3. Pour oil in a pan and heat it.

4. Chop carrot, French beans and onion.

 

 

5. Sauté onion and ginger garlic paste for 2 to 3 minutes.

 

 

6. Now add carrot and French beans to it. Cook for 5 minutes.

 

 

7. Add vegetables to pressure cooked broken wheat.

 

 

8. Add garam masala, chili powder and salt to it.

 

 

9. Mix everything well.
