Vegetarian Burger recipe

 

 

It takes 15-20 minutes for preparing burger. Veggie Burger is a popular evening snack.

 

 

Ingredients required to make Veg Burger recipe:

Burger Buns- 2 pieces

 

 

Onion- 1 piece

 

 

Tomatoes- 1 piece

 

 

Cucumber- 1 piece

 

 

Cabbage- 1 cup

 

 

Tomato Ketchup- 1 tbsp

 

 

Green Chutney- 1 tbsp

 

 

Potatoes- 1 piece

 

 

Roasted Bread crumbs- ½ cup

 

 

Oil- 1 tbsp

 

 

Mango powder- 1/2 tsp

 

 

Salt to taste

 

 

Ginger Paste- 1/4 tsp

 

 

Red Chilli Powder- ¼ tsp

 

 

Grated paneer- ¼ cup

 

 

Method of Preparation of Burger:

1. Boil the potatoes and mash them nicely.

 

 

2. Add bread crumbs, mango powder, salt, ginger Paste, and red Chilli Powder into it. Mix well.

 

 

3. Make two balls from mashed potatoes.

 

 

4. Now stuff paneer equally in two balls to make flat tikias.

 

 

5. Pour oil in a pan and heat it.

 

 

6. Shallow fry the tikias on low flame.

 

 

7. Now cut burger bun in two parts from the middle.

 

 

8. Apply butter in inner part of the buns.

 

Vegetarian burger recipe

 

9. Apply tomato ketchup on one part of bun and green chutney on other part.

 

 

10. Now place aloo tikia on the bun.

 

 

11. Place tomato slice, cucumber slice, onion slice and shredded cabbage on top of tikia.

 

 

12. Cover the bun

 

 

Now your bun is ready to be served with ketchup.
