Tomato soup recipe

 

 

It takes nearly 20 minutes to prepare nutritious tomato soup.

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

Ripe Tomatoes- 4 pieces

 

Ripe tomatoes

 

Pepper- 1/4 tsp

 

 

Butter- 1 tsp

 

 

Salt to taste

 

 

Method of Preparation:

 

 

1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into big pieces.

 

 

2. Put them in a pressure cooker and add one cup water.

3. Add pepper and salt to it.

 

 

4. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

 

 

5. Leave it to cool.

 

 

6. Pour the tomatoes in a mixer and blend it nicely.

 

 

7. Sieve it for separating tomato skin and seeds.

 

 

8. Heat the soup in a pan.

 

 

9. Garnish it with butter.

 

 

Now your hot tomato soup is ready to be served with bread sticks.
