Vegetable Chowmein recipe

 

 

It takes almost 15 to 20 minutes for preparing vegetable chowmein.

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

Noodles- 1 packet

 

 

Carrot- 1 piece

Cabbage- ½ cup

 

 

Onion- 1 piece

 

 

Capsicum- 1 piece

 

 

Spring onion- ¼ cup

 

 

Oil- 2 tbsp

 

 

Black pepper- ¼ tsp

 

 

Salt to taste

 

 

Vinegar- ¼ tsp

 

 

Soya sauce-1/4 tsp

 

 

Tomato sauce- 2tbsp

 

 

Ajinomoto- 1 pinch

 

 

Chili sauce- 1 tbsp

 

 

 

Method of Preparation:

1. Boil the noodles and add vinegar.

 

 

2. Cool it by washing with cold water.

 

 

3. Slice all vegetables and chop spring onions.

 

 

4. Take a pan and pour oil into it.

 

 

5. Add all the vegetables and leave them to cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

 

 

6. Add Salt, black pepper, Ajinomoto, soya sauce, chili sauce and tomato sauce to it.

 

 

7. Sauté for 2 minutes.

 

 

8. Now add noodles to the mixture.

 

 

9. Mix everything well.

 

 

10. Garnish with spring onions.

 

 

Your vegetable chowmein is ready to be served hot.
