Suji Uttapam

 

You need little time for the preparation of tasty suji uttapam.

 

Ingredients: (For 4 People)

 

 

Suji(semolina)- 250 grams

 

Curd- 500 grams

 

Onion- 1 piece

 

Grated Ginger- 1 teaspoon

 

Tomato- 1 piece

 

Green chilly- 2pieces

 

Salt to taste

 

Oil- 2 tablespoon

 

 

Method of Preparation:

 

 

1. Take suji in a bowl and add curd to it.

 

2. Pour water into it and prepare a batter.

 

3. Add salt to the batter.

 

4. Keep the mixture aside for two hours.

 

5. Chop the onions, tomato and green chilly.

 

6. Pour grated ginger, onions, tomato and green chilly in the mixture.

 

7. Take a frying pan and heat little oil over it.

 

8. Spread the mixture over the frying pan in proportionate manner.

 

 

9. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

 

10. Turn and then cook the other side till the color is golden brown.

 

Now your suji uttapam is ready to be served hot with tomato sauce.
