Dough recipe: Vegetable Pasta

 

It takes 15-20 minutes to prepare the simple dish of vegetable pasta.

 

Ingredients: (For 2 People)

 

Boiled pasta- 2 cups

 

Onion- 1 piece

 

Capsicum- 1 piece

 

Carrot- 1 piece

 

Tomato sauce- 2 tablespoon

 

Chilli sauce- 1 tablespoon

 

Oregano – ½ teaspoon

 

Red Chilli flakes- 1/4 teaspoon

 

Maida Flour – 1 tablespoon

 

Milk- 1 cup

 

Butter- 3 tablespoon

 

Salt to taste

 

 

Method of Preparation:

 

 

1. Cut the onion, capsicum and carrot in slice.

 

2. Take a pan and put 1 tablespoon butter in it and add 1 tablespoon Maida flour into it.

 

3. Then add 1 cup milk to the paste of butter and Maida flour.

 

4. Stir it well for two minutes on burner. Keep the mixture aside.

 

5. Put 2 tablespoon butter in another pan and melt it by heating.

 

6. Add the sliced onion into it and fry for 2 minutes.

 

 

7. Now add sliced capsicum and carrot and leave it to cook for 5 minutes in pan.

 

8. Add 2 tablespoon tomato sauce and 1 tablespoon chilli sauce to pan.

 

9. Add ½ teaspoon Oregano, 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes, salt and the Maida milk mixture into the pan.

 

10. Pour 2 cup boiled pasta into the pan and mix the contents well.

 

11. Now your vegetable pasta is ready to be served.
