Mango Milk Shake (Aamras)

 

It takes 10 minutes to prepare this mouth watering mango milk shake.

 

Ingredients: (For 2 persons)

 

 

Ripe Mango- 2 pieces

 

Sugar- 2 tablespoon

 

Milk- 2 cups

 

Ice cubes- 6 pieces

 

 

Method of Preparation:

 

 

1. Peel 2 pieces of ripe mango.

 

2. Cut the peeled mango into small pieces.

 

3. Boil 2 cups of milk in a pan and let it cool to room temperature.

 

4. Put the small pieces of mango, milk and 2 tablespoon of sugar in a blender.

 

5. Add the 6 pieces of ice cubes in the blender.

 

6. Blend them well.

 

7. Remove the unwanted pulp using a strainer.

 

Now your mango milk shake is ready to be served chilled.
