It takes 15-20 minutes to prepare Vegetable pizza.
Ingredients: (For 5 Pieces)
Pizza bread – 5 Pieces
Tomato- 4 pieces
Capsicum – 2 Pieces
Onion-1 piece
Salt to taste
Tomato Sauce – 1 ½ tablespoon
Chilli sauce – ½ tablespoon
Oregano – 1 pinch
Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
Refined oil – 1 tablespoon
Butter – 20 grams
Sweet corn – 50 grams
Cheese – 3 cubes
Method of Preparation:
1. Cut tomatoes and capsicum in round shapes and chop the onions.
2. Boil the sweet corn for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the refined oil in a pan and heat it.
4. Fry the onions in the pan for 2 minutes.
5. Add tomatoes and capsicum to the onion in the pan.
6. Add black pepper, salt and oregano to the mixture and stir them.
7. Add sweet corn, tomato sauce and chilli sauce to the mixture and mix them well.
8. Leave it to cook for 5 minutes.
9. Take the pizza bread and apply butter on it.
10. Apply little chilli sauce and tomato sauce over bread.
11. Spread the mixture over pizza bread.
12. Grate the cheese cubes and spread it over pizza bread.
13. Switch on the oven and preheat at 100 degree centigrade for 2 minutes.
14. Insert the pizza bread in the oven and bake it at 150 degree centigrade for 5-7 minutes.
Now your Pizza is ready to be served. You can serve it with tomato and chilli sauce.
