Ginger pickle

 

Ginger pickle is good for digestion.

 

Ingredients:

 

250 gm ginger (sliced)
 

2 tsp salt
 

1 tsp red chili powder
 

2 pinches asafetida
 

2 tsp methi seeds (pounded)
 

1 tsp turmeric
 

4 tbsp mustard oil
 

1 tbsp rye powder.

 

 

Method of preparation:

 

1. Mix ginger slices, masalas and oil well.

2. Store it in an airtight container.
